Loop - Loop is a phrase used when electronic sound is spliced together to create a continuous
sound. On some machine, the splice is detectable to some people
Noise Blocking - Sound machines block noise by raising the decible level in a room with a
pleasant sound of the users choice. Example: If the volume of the sound machine at the users
ear is 20 decibles, then a noise at 10 decibles entering the room will not be a distraction to the
user as it is at a lower volume.
